Information I process
When you submit the form, I process the information you provide: name, email, phone number or other contact details, company or project name, website, industry, company size, description of the problem, information about your use of AI, tools used and preferred contact method.
Why I process it
I use the information to contact you about an AI audit, consultation or a follow-up proposal. Without it, I would not be able to respond to the enquiry meaningfully.
How long I retain it
I retain the information for the time required to handle the enquiry and related business communication, no longer than is proportionate to that purpose, or until consent is withdrawn unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Where it may be processed
The information may be stored in the tools used to operate the service, particularly CRM, email and hosting services required to process the form.
Cookies and analytics
Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are activated only after consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the link in the website footer.
Your rights
