Information I process
When you submit the form, I process the information you provide: name, email, phone number or other contact details, company or project name, website, industry, company size, description of the problem, information about your use of AI, tools used and preferred contact method.
Why I process it
I use the information to contact you about an AI audit, consultation or a follow-up proposal. Without it, I would not be able to respond to the enquiry meaningfully.
How long I retain it
I retain the information for the time required to handle the enquiry and related business communication, no longer than is proportionate to that purpose, or until consent is withdrawn unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Where it may be processed
The information may be stored in the tools used to operate the service, particularly CRM, email and hosting services required to process the form.
Cookies and analytics
Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and the OpenAI Measurement Pixel are activated only after consent in the cookie banner. The OpenAI Measurement Pixel is used to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry; I do not send form contents or other contact details with the event. You can change your choice at any time through the link in the website footer.
YouTube videos
Some articles include videos from official vendor channels. Before playback, only an image hosted on this website is shown. The YouTube player loads only when you click play, independently of your analytics cookie choice. It uses youtube-nocookie.com; starting playback connects your device to YouTube. Business email measurement
Business emails may contain a unique measurement image and redirect links used to estimate whether a message was opened and whether the website or booking link was clicked. Only a random message identifier, event type, link destination and timestamp are stored. I do not store the IP address, cookies or device identity. Email applications may preload or block images, so an open event does not necessarily mean that the message was read. You may object to this measurement at any time by contacting honza@aihonza.cz.
