How I decide what to build
Operational support starts with documentation, access and critical scenarios. Monitoring must show not only that a flow is running, but also where it failed and who owns recovery.
Every change is recorded and verified. Plan hours protect safe operation first; larger development is scoped separately so maintenance capacity remains available.

No. You pay licences, hosting and model usage directly on your own accounts.
What happens during an outage?
We assess impact, restore safe operation and document the cause and fix. The Extended plan includes a response within one business day.
Can the plan be cancelled?
Yes. The order or contract defines notice and hand-over of open work.
