2. Scope of services
The provider offers consulting, analysis, design and implementation services related to the practical use of artificial intelligence in business.
- AI audits and opportunity assessment,
- automation, AI agent and internal assistant design,
- applications, forms, dashboards and CRM solutions,
- consulting on the use of AI tools,
- follow-up support, maintenance and development.
The specific scope is always defined in a written agreement between the provider and the client.
3. Enquiries and engagement
The client may contact the provider through the website form, email, phone, LinkedIn or another agreed channel. Submitting a form does not create an obligation to purchase or provide a service. An engagement begins when a specific offer, order or scope of work is accepted.
4. Pricing and payment
Pricing is agreed individually according to scope, complexity and deliverables. Payment is made against an invoice or another agreed payment request. A deposit or staged invoicing may be required for larger or ongoing projects.
5. Delivery and client cooperation
Delivery dates are indicative unless expressly confirmed as binding. Quality and timing also depend on the timely provision of information, access, data and feedback by the client.
6. Responsibility and limitations
The provider works with professional care and on the basis of information available at the time. Results depend on the client's operations, input data, available tools and the way the solution is used.
The provider is not responsible for business outcomes that were not expressly guaranteed, outages or changes to third-party services, errors caused by incomplete information, or unqualified modification of the delivered solution.
7. AI tools, data and third parties
AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, hosting services and other third-party tools may be used. The client is responsible for providing only data they are authorised to share and process. A specific access, processing and confidentiality regime should be agreed in advance for sensitive information or trade secrets.
8. Rights to deliverables
Unless agreed otherwise, the client may use the delivered work for internal and business purposes after full payment. The provider retains rights to general know-how, methods, templates and processes. Third-party tools remain subject to their providers' licence terms.
9. Defects and comments
The client should report any defect or deviation from the agreed brief without undue delay to honza@aihonza.cz and describe the issue. The provider will assess it and propose a proportionate solution.
10. Personal information

11. Disputes
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. If that is not possible, Czech law and the competent courts of the Czech Republic apply.
12. Changes to these terms
The version effective when an order is accepted applies to the engagement unless the parties agree otherwise.
